Please Note: Wilson Ice EDU is an external system, meaning it is separate from Employee Central and runs on its own platform. You will need a separate EDU account to log in — your Employee Central login will not work on the EDU site. All courses, training, and EDU support are managed directly through Wilson Ice EDU and their team.

Our internal education system gives staff members access to courses and training designed to help them succeed in their roles. Getting an Account:
Getting access is easy! First, check your email inbox for an invite from Wilson Ice EDU/Sum sort of staff members' names — some staff members are sent one automatically. If you don't see one, head over to the EDU site (Odoo) and use the Contact EDU Dept. button to request access, and the team will get you set up. If you have any trouble, you can also reach out directly at edu@wilsonice.com.
Logging In:
To log in, head to wilsoniceedu.odoo.com and use your Wilson Ice work email along with the password you created during account setup. If you've forgotten your password, use the forgot password option on the login page to reset it.
